Dan Gildoni

Dan Gildoni

Placense CEO

Placense: Our cloud-based data analytics solution provides real-time metrics about the group of people in a certain location, such as customer visits, visit durations, visit frequencies, customer journey paths, composition of gender/ ages/ income levels/ modes of transport, and other related demographic characteristics.
How it works exactly: We harness the power of sensor data by integrating our technology in installed apps on people’s phones. Our on-device machine learning algorithms decide when to collect, analyze and send fully aggregated & encrypted data points to our servers, which is just one of many measures in avoiding both privacy risk and excessive battery drainage. The data points are then turned into unique audience insights.
